What Can I Expect During Arm Lift Surgery?
During arm lift surgery, there are various incision patterns depending on the location and amount of excess fat that needs to be removed. Doctor Singhal will discuss your incision options prior to surgery and create a pattern that leads to as little visible scarring as possible.
Once the incisions have been made, underlying tissues are tightened in order to restore the definition and give the arms a fit, toned appearance. Permanent sutures may also be used to help maintain your new appearance. The skin is then re-draped over the arm, creating more aesthetically-pleasing contours.
